I wanted to personally thank you and your church for your involvement in global missions. We appreciate your support of the International Mission Board, together are taking the gospel to the nations.
Through the cooperative program and annual giving, such as the Lotte Moon Christmas offering, you are supporting my work and the work of other IMB missionaries just like me. When you pray for global missions, you intercede for 3,500 IMB missionaries who represent Southern Baptists and share the gospel in more than 150 countries around the world. Please specifically pray that the gospel would reach and transform the 600 thousand Asian Pacific Rim Peoples living in Metro Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada where we serve.
We serve Asian Pacific Rim students who are studying at the University of British Columbia. We meet these students at the on-campus food bank or at ESL English Corners. From these types of activities, we build relationships then offer students opportunities to explore faith in Jesus, such as a Chinese language version of the Alpha Project.
